Labs
Each year the Global Democracy Commons supports the work of labs, collectives of scholars and activists, that seek to address some of the key challenges to democracy around the world. Our hope is that these labs will cross-fertilise conversation across different disciplines, media, and geographies in ways that help to generate new forms of democratic thought and practice. Each lab receives $50,000 to organize their own research programs and activities. The materials they produce will be made available here on our website.
